What is your turnaround time?
All inbound inventory is stocked within 24 hours of arrival. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. There are zero order minimums — ship 1 package or 10,000 per month.
What does the starting rate include?
Receiving, stocking, picking, and packing — all included. Final rate is negotiated based on your volume and SKU count.
How quickly can I get started?
Most sellers are live and shipping within 48 hours of connecting their store.
Do you ship from China?
Yes. Our freight service handles the full inbound journey — factory pickup, customs, and delivery to our U.S. warehouse.
