Hermtex started as a small e-commerce operation — we were sellers ourselves, packing orders in the garage with just a couple of shelves. We got frustrated with the same problems every seller faces: expensive 3PLs with hidden fees, poor communication, and fulfillment that felt like an afterthought. So we built the operation we always wished existed. Our goal is simple: sellers should never have to think about fulfillment again.

Michael spent 6 years as an e-commerce seller across Amazon and Shopify before building Hermtex. He built this company around the transparency and reliability he could never find in existing 3PLs.
Wei Zhang
Head of Operations
Originally from Shenzhen, Wei brings 10 years of warehouse and supply chain management experience. She leads day-to-day operations and holds every inbound shipment to our 24-hour SLA.
Mei Lin
Head of Freight & Logistics
Mei oversees our China freight forwarding arm. With a background in international trade and customs compliance, she manages factory pickups, documentation, and cross-Pacific routing for sellers every month.
